the clutch on my 1995 camry gets stuck to the ground and wont come back up unless i pull it.. whats wrong and how shold i fix it?

I had the same problem on my 1990 mazda b2200. the slave cylinder on the clutch was leaking, replaced it and the clutch master cylinder. 30,000km clutch is going strong. you most likely have the same problem as i did.

There is a spring on the pedal assembly under the dash, it could possibily be broken or out of its position. There is also a possibility of the system being fully hydraulic and the hydraulic system could have a major leak.

Probably need clutch fluid or transmission fluid. Also, it could need grease on the clutch bearings. If all else fails, its the cluth disc.

pressure plate see a mechanic make sure he or she is not a shade tree mechanic

chances are slave cylinder or a leak.
