is it bad for your car

It works well.
It isn't bad for the car, though excessive use COULD damage the catalytic converter.
Why are you using it? There is no reason to use it unless you are trying to eliminate a problem. It consists of EXACTLY the same detergents and chemical agents already in the gasoline you buy. You have already paid for it.
If there is a problem you are trying to correct, and think that the injectors or intake are the problem, take the car to a repair facility where they have a MACHINE that is connected to the fuel system, and the engine is run for a period of time to clean the plenum and the injectors. It will do FAR more than pouring another chemical (pronounced MONEY) into the tank. And the car will run significantly smoother and get better mileage too.

Good Luck
