When I was in high school, I was in a program called medical careers. A couple of years after that I became a certified nursing assistant and home health aid. I have been in the same career since and I am 31. I now want to go back to school for my RN. I have a 2 year degree in diet tech, but I dont feel the same about it like nursing. Well I like it but Iove nursing more. so I can apply it later with my RN. I will have it a little easier because all my grad requirements are complete, I just need some science prerequisits for the RN. I just feel I should have done this in the first place. My hubby and child and I could have been in a nice home with no financial problems. We live in a 4 bedroom mobile home farely new, but I dont feel like I am home. I cant wait to get started and work hard to reach this goal. It will take me 4-5 years now. my daughter will be 7. How not to feel guilty?

Do you think our market price is increased with more working experiences or decreased with age as we getting older? Too many young graduates with better ideas and lower salary tolerance will always a threat to us ie the existing working class.

I had an interview at a call center and they scheduled me for another interview so that I can meet with the other managers. I'm kinda scared. I don't think I did so well in the first interview. But is this a good thing or a bad thing that they want to see me again?

the program would consit of better educating ex offenders preparing them for work force as well as life skills and provinding a place of temp residency most people go right back to jail after being released for two main reason they can't get decent jobs because of thier back ground or they do not know how to cope with being back in socity after being released they need to be slowly processed back int socity especially the ones that has did over five years i think that i have the ability to help these type people but my finances will not permit me to that is why i need the government to help me get this business off the ground i believe it will cut down on some of these repeat offenders

Im 17 and work for a day care in a school age program. I was working part time which I asked for, and making $8.00 an hour. I worked with three other women between 19 and 23. One of which had all of her levels for this job. She and one other girl then quit. Leaving me and Tanya with running the program. Nobody from the daycare talked to us about this. I now am working fulltime, doing highschool and trying to get my level one. And the daycare is not planning on hiring anyone for the programer because of their funds. Im still making 8.00 and only get paid till 6:00pm no overtime what so ever, even though i never get out of there until 6:30-7. I've worked there for a year. I don't even think its legal for me and Tanya to be running the program, because we have no education in this. I'm just wondering do you think 8 dollars is enough, exspecially since we're now running it. And do you thinks its legal to have uneducated teens running this kind of program.

My workplace has a single promotion process for auditors once a year. My current boss told me that I am not ready yet for a promotion this year and that I have much better chance to get a promotion next year. At first I did not mind waiting. However, my skills are in demand and I can get at least $10k more right away somewhere else. That being said, I have possibly the greatest boss in the world and I feel a strong loyalty toward her.

I can't seem to save money.I'm always spending it and feel it's just sitting in the bank waiting to be spent but end up with nothing till next pay check.
I'm sick of needing money when I want it and can't have it.
What do you do for yourself to make you want to do the right thing for yourself?
What would be the best place to put my money in while I'm waiting to take it out again and what would make me want to keep it there?
Should I leave a certain amount in all the time or what?
