I had an interview at a call center and they scheduled me for another interview so that I can meet with the other managers. I'm kinda scared. I don't think I did so well in the first interview. But is this a good thing or a bad thing that they want to see me again?

It's good. If they didn't like you, they wouldn't waste their time introducing you to more people. They would be focusing on the candidates they liked.

It is a very good thing. If they did not think you did well then they would not spend managers time talking to you further. This could be a final decision interview. Good luck!

Usually it is a good sign when they want to bring people in for 2nd interviews. This is also a good thing for you b/c you will be able to see others that you will potentially be working with and be better able to determine if they are people you would feel comfortable working with or not. I hope this helps, and good luck to you!

'Passing' the 1st interview is like getting invited to Hollywood on American Idol. You should be proud and you definately need to go in there with some more confidence than you are showing right now. They liked you enough to ask you back...they wouldn't waste their time if they didn't think you have potential.

It's ok to be scared....remember that they like you and if you impressed the 1st group you can impress the next.

Good luck.

I believe its a good thing. If they were'nt interested in you, they would'nt ask you to come back. Keep your guard up anyway incase its other than the job your being interviewed for, in this day and age.

It is a thing, neither good or bad. It might be part of the normal process for everyone. I doubt they'd waste time with this step if you were clearly not what they were looking for in an employee.

I would say that it's a good thing because it may mean that your interviewer's superiors, or perhaps those whom who'd be your superiors want to meet you

of course it is a good thing that they wanna meet you again because they think you have potential. Or else they would have file your profile away and won't bother to meet you up again.

good luck!

If they want to see you, then that means they're interested in you. If they're interested, that means you can potentially be hired. So it is a very good thing indeed!
