hi guys-in my department i jus have 1 co-worker and a supervisor.I have an extremely complicated situation and dont know how to explain it to u guys.k....My co-worker is a guy with a little bit of the girlish character.Therefore he is constantly made fun of by others in other departments and even my supervisor makes fun of him.And moreover he is a little retarded-i mean even a small issue is complicated for him.I mean it takes time for him to think and arrive and a solution and stuff like dat.....now my problem is he does all the work...he does not allow me to do any work.If i get any work or if he sees me doing any work he makes some excuse and takes dat work also away from me.and all dis causes a bad impression for me in the eyes of my superior as he sees me sitting idle always.
i even tried talking to the guy but he just wont listen and he does the samething from the next day onwards.i think he fears that since i have joined, his job may be at stake.i jus dont know what to do...

i have been working in a nursing home for over a year, the owners have not paid us for work done in october and are saying they will pay on 6th november. this will be 6 weeks.Is this legal.also she said if people do not turn up for work cos they got no way of getting in to work(no fuel/cash ) then they will be sacked.Does she have the right to do this, i have looked online for answers and have not found what i am lookiung for please help.A new job springs to mind, is vioalting my rights? do i have any?

It's a really thick book which gives a detailed description of the companies listed and can only be bought as a book. I can't remember the name, but is like a directory for businesses and is very popular. Please help!

I had asked about internet jobs and found most if not all to be suspect. I have indeed found telecommuting to be the best for me, what I need is a website where I can apply for jobs without having to pay anything ever, regular jobs where I have to file taxes and get paid by check every week or two. I'm looking for jobs in writing, editing, or proofreading, I am good in all three.

I work with a guy alone most of the time at night and he started to talk to me about a man's pee pee (short term for you know what) and details why he had a sex - change. i was uncomfortable but i didnt right away say anything. two days later he mentioned to me about him not being very professional and i did say "well these past two nights in what you say haven't been, no". Do you think he is testing me or do you think he is just being a man and being stupid? And what does this mean?

I've owned & successfully operated two retail stores for the past 10yrs. I now want to do something different. I know its gonna take more education inorder for me to make at least $65k per year. I only have a BS degree in Psychology which will only bring in a salary of $30-$40. I've thought about pursuing a law degree, but do not want to be in school for another 4 years or more because I'm not a good test taker. I just don't know what to do. Please provide some good sound advice.

I was thinking of raising boer goats but i dont really know the ups and downs. if i should or if i would be doing something that would 1. put me into debt and not be able to get out of with the goatsand
2. would it be to hard to raise them and work my job at the same time?

* I have a paralegal certificate from a local university.
* I can type over 70 words per minute.
* I can use a computer comfortably and without assistance.
* I can build computers from scratch.
* I have a driver's license.
* I have a valid handgun carry permit for my state of residence.

Of all the jobs I've held in my life, none have paid more than $20,000.00 per year. I don't necessarily want to "get rich", but I want to be able to make a living while preserving my sanity and dignity at the same time.

Any of you women have any career suggestions for me?
