Let me tell you that starting your own business is the best decision that you could make career wise. I too have just graduated with a finance degree and I am prepared to undertake my first business venture. My family comes from a long line of entrepreneurs and luckily I have them as mentors. Do not worry about your limited resources, I know many people who were broke poor that have had successful start-ups. Just tell yourself that you will succeed and have a vision and work to get there. It's not going to be easy but neither is working for someone else the rest of your life.

It is extremely risky for a fresh graduate to open a business. You do not have any bussiness experience and only limited knowledge. (You studies Biotech and not bussiness).

The economy is however driven by people like you who have the courage to open small and medium sized businesses.

Good Luck.
