Keep on doing what is working for you! A new job can look less wonderful after you find out the negative aspects. I hope you have not been kissing in order to be so happy! Just do a good job and you will stay there. What makes you concerned?

5. take as much initiatives as you can
6. do extra whenever you can
7. always be polite, friendly
8. no gossips
9. no politics
10. upgrade yourself constantly.........
