Do your work on schedule . Work hard and if possible do some kiss up sometimes not always but sometimes.
For confident pple. Donot give a damn about ur boss if you know something is right stand for it. Know that no one can come in b/w u and ur success.

Working hard sometimes might not be enough. Working smart can do the trick! Find out what exactly he/ she expects from you and focus on that fraction of work.
