Have a competition. See who can bring in the most business cards of viable business prospects in one week, then reward them 100 dollars or something. Or you can split your office up into two teams, the winning team gets half a day off paid on Friday or a catered lunch.

We did something similar at one of old jobs and it was a blast, we had a big chart on the wall and everyone checked it out constantly. And business cards are really easy to get.

If you are just looking to have fun, have an animal picture contest. A row boat contest in your office chairs. Find one of those questionairs you get on the internet, have everyone fill it out then hand it out so everyone can guess who is who. Make a commitment to Fun Fridays. You can do theme shirts. Hats. Anything!

Try giving incentives, even little ones like a $5 gift card for the person who gets the most sales in an hour or two hours whatever, this will motivate people to get going. I have also found that the best motivation is a great supervisor who also gets their hands dirty and is very loude and energetic. That definitely motivates me and I have found it also motivates my employees also. Good luck!
