What is our future market price?

Do you think our market price is increased with more working experiences or decreased with age as we getting older? Too many young graduates with better ideas and lower salary tolerance will always a threat to us ie the existing working class.

Personally, as a working man I think some things such as this can only gain value with age but if one expects to lose market value then their attitude will make it so. In some cases there are exceptions for instance if you are disabled then you might have less of a chance because you have less working ability though there are many jobs that can only be performed by americans.
