I would like to get a tattoo but I know that they are associated with gays. I DO NOT want people thinking I am some gay. Are tattoos gay?

My hubby is a bigger guy, with lots of muscle and probably a bit of fat too! whenever he gets tattooed, his skin swells really bad, and they usually have to do it in 2 or more sessions. He's going to get his armpiece worked on this week, but is wondering if anyone has any suggestions on what could help keep the swelling down in the first place, so that the artist could finish the tattoo in one go?

ok so i keep seeing people post that when im 80 ill look digusting with tattoos all over me.so what coulld i have tattooed on me that will look good when im old and saggy?maybe a raisin so it wont change much after i get all wrinkly?any suggestions would be great!

I asked my artist beforehand about what lotion he recommends for aftercare. He told me pure, unscented cocoa butter.
I've read this a few other places as well, and have heard good and bad. I want to follow his directions exactly, but I want to look out for myself first. Any opinions?
