I'm not sure why you want to go to Canada to get your tattoo, but I'm guessing it's so that you can get it earlier than you would be able to here. ( I don't know if the age limit is different, I'm just assuming). I know you don't want to hear this, but the wait is actually a good thing! I'm underage too, and have taken the time 'til I'm legal to research designs and artists, so that when I can get one, I'll know what I want and who I want to do it. Without the wait, I probably just would have gotten what I wanted a few months ago, even though I've made some changes to it now.
