im lookin to get a tattoo, i already have one idea but need more, everywhere i look online for a tattoo sucks! theyre too common. i dont want skulls or anythin like tha. somethin unique. any ideas?

If you any sort of general idea you want you can just consult a tattoo artist. I gave a very vague description of a skull I wanted and the artist just drew it right on my skin. That way I know the tattoo skull idea is not original, but the one I have is completely original. It's easy for them to change stuff around you don't like and you get to see it directly on your skin. They really are talented artists and can give you some really neat ideas and make sure you have a one of a kind.

honestly.... there are very few original ideas left out there. almost everything has been done. so the best thing for you to do is to think real hard about yourself your personality and your life. you don't necessarily have to get something that "means" something to you but it is a starting point. i'll tell you about my tattoos for instance.
the first tattoo in 2006 that i got is a koi. i'm asian so i decided to go with that theme. i had wanted one for probably three years or more. they symbolize good luck. they struggle up the waterfall of life and once they reach the top (heaven) they turn into a dragon. lotus flowers also are considered to be lucky and they also struggle up from the bottom to surface in the water and are so beautiful once they emerge
i got a skull on the top of my right foot, not to be morbid or "trendy" but because it conveys the raw emotion that i felt when my coach in high school was murdered. and also when a friend in college died in a car wreck. i never got to really say goodbye to either of those people. so the skull is a memorial to them and it is to remind me that death is just around the corner and i should make every minute count.
my newest tattoo is on top of my left foot. it is in honor of my family heritage. my mom was born in korea but never knew her birth mother because of... racism basically. so i got a takeout box with traditional korean art on and around it. and i got a fortune cookie because i love them so much. this tattoo means the world to me because it is a part of me, my mother and my grandmother whom i have never met.

totally depends on what you like! I am not a big fan of writing or celtic/tribal stuff, some people won't have colour work done. Old skool? Oriental? abstract? really, this is gonna be forever and it should be coming from you, other people's ideas will never be tht original as someone else has already thought of them!!

A sword going through the middle of a heart on ya arm or back
A rose with a snake slideing you the salk part of it on ya back
A bulldog with the britsh flag be hind it ( thats if your britsh or like britan.) between ya sholder blades
A pole dancer on ya arm or down ya back
or why not just doodle some designs ya self you may end up likein one of ya doodles and getting that.

Have you ever thought of getting a tattoo which reads backwards and forwards for example you get your name tattooed and it reads left to right and right to left just like in the book Angels and Demons by Dan Brown when the message of illuminati read backwards and forwards it looks mega cool

type in tribal tattoos on google. Search the images and you should see some good designs. I have 3 tribal tattoos and i think they all look very good and very unique

Though Latin is'nt used much on tattoos
Why don't you go down to your local tattoo parlor and tell him stuff you like on tattoos and he could design one,,,, I know it might be a bit expensive.....but you'd be the only guy in the world to have it
