Hmm, I say, get a tattoo of a really cute bull dog....then when your skin goes all wrinkly and folding in on itself...it will look like a sharpay (sp?)
Or a basset hound into a beagle /bloodhound (same effect) (basic same shape of head, only one has more skin).
My husband is a non tattoo person...and his arguement against my getting my tattoos was the - it wont look like butterflies when your 70 - arguement...My response was...and my butt wont look like my butt..and my naval wont look like a naval...and when I look at my tatt it will remind me of a time when I was young and youthful..heck remind me that I once had curves...and it will make me feel good. He said I had a point and booked my appointment for me and gave me the gift certificate for my birthday.

I recognize....these kinds of questions maintain bobbing up! OOOHHH the doubt coming into my brain!!! What if I have already got a tattoo??? Am I doomed to run round bare with a wrinkly tattoo while I'm older??? I had PLANS I let you know!! I used to be going to run round bare always while I used to be eighty and now I cannot on the grounds that my tattoo may not seem well?!? UGH!!! Now I'm unhappy... *sniff, sniff* Re: flexible tattoo recommendations....oh I simply do not know, I'm simply too depressed now on the grounds that I've confronted the truth that the various "intelligent" Yahoo Answerers have given me...what do I DO WHEN I'M eighty?!?

That's the key..People keep saying..
My mom had a tattoo, on her right
shoulder, she loved it. It looked as
good at 85, as it did at 21. People
are always talking, about things, they
know nothing about. The truth is, that
people have as many different types
of skin, as there are people. Part of
how you will look is heredity and part
is how you are taking care of yourself.
Take good care of your tats and they
can look good forever. I think it is the
really small tats, that people like to get,
for their first, that usually shrink a bit
and start to look muddy. But if you get
a good tat, from a good artist, a dragon
is not going to turn into a poodle.
Protect Your Investment. Take Care Of It.

When I'm 80, I think I'll just be thankful to be alive. And last I checked, 80 year olds didn't run around in miniskirts and halter tops, so most of us will probably be pretty covered anyway. No one will probably be able to see my tats then anyway, except for maybe my wrinkly old husband lol.
If I do wear miniskirts, people will probably think I'm senile, and turn away in disgust, and therefore, still won't see them hahaha.
But I do like the raisin idea.

Nothing else on you is gonna look at that good on you when you're 80 anyway. Get tattoos now and enjoy them. We all look pretty gross at 80, tattoos or not.
When you are 80, people will look at your tatoos and know that you really lived it up when you were 20.

who is really gonna care about what their tattoo looks like when their 80? nothing is gonna look good on ur body, but u will still be able to look at it and remember, and it just might make u feel young again. i think old people with tattoos rock! i wouldn't choose a tattoo based on what it's gonna look like in 50 yrs. choose one that ur still going to be happy with in 50 yrs., even if it looks like a raisin when it was supposed to be a grape

prunes.
i'm sorry but no matter what, when i am 80 years old i will not look like i do now. regardless of whether or not i have tattoos or not i will still be old and will still look old when i am in fact old. i hate it when people don't do things today for things that could happen in 60 years. what if i die in one year? then i'll never be wrinkly and i'll be glad that i lived my life.

Just tattoo strange brown patches on your body. We'll call them pre-aged liver spots.
Now hang out in the sun all day and pray for wrinkles and no one but you will know you did it on purpose.
Honestly, at 80, my tattoos will be the very LEAST of my concerns. I'll just hope I can make it to the bathroom and remember my kids names.
