I am under 30 and want to spend some years of my life in another European state. I tried it some years ago, moving to Frankfurt, but I realized that sunshine is necessary to me. I also want it to be inside EU, in order to avoid the whole bureaucracy. I'm not fond of a specific culture, I prefer 'international' places, even if they are crowded..

We are planning a trip to NYC in late July. What is the weather like? What should we plan on wearing? If we arrive early on Wed. and leave late on Saturday, how should we plan our time to get the best of the city? Is that enough time to do enough?

I have been living in LA for four years. My husband has a great job here, and I am a full time student. I hate this city so much. I hate how expensive it is and I hate how crowded it is. I want to upgrade to a nicer home, but for this I would need to stop going to school and get a full time job. Do you think that is worth it? Or is living in a dump and spending four more years in school better? ANY suggestions for coping with city life would be appreciated!!!!!!!!
