Yes, have used them. No issues on our tickets. As for e-tkts, you just get a confirmation number. It's a virtual ticket stored in the computers with all your info on it.

if you made a booking with cheaptickets and did not receive the email confirmation you can check your reservation online at the mytrips section of the website. login using your email address and the password. if you are a new member or a guest booker you need to ask for a temporary passwoird which will be sent via email. however, they will just send you an email confirmation for your reservation not the actual eticket. you will need to print out the email or the itinerary online. your boarding pass will be given at the airline counter or you can checkin 24 hours before your departure directly at the airlines website you are flying with.

You mean you never received a physical ticket? You don't get one, you're just in the system. You can print out your boarding pass the day of your flight.
