I am under 30 and want to spend some years of my life in another European state. I tried it some years ago, moving to Frankfurt, but I realized that sunshine is necessary to me. I also want it to be inside EU, in order to avoid the whole bureaucracy. I'm not fond of a specific culture, I prefer 'international' places, even if they are crowded..

Milan. If you are looking for a cosmopolitan city but want the charm of Europe Milan is a great place. It is a busy but charming city, Gothic as well. The architecture is beautiful. the people are very classy and polite. and its just a train ride away from any other major Italian city. and there is plenty of sunshine.
