Each and every time I travel I get homesick. If I'm away from home longer than 7 days I get really home sick. I live in Hawaii and my family lives in California, but even when I'm visiting family, I still get home sick. The only time I did not get home sick was when I went to Las Vegas for 4 days. Anyone out there get home sick as much as I do?

I would like to travel in March, but I need to get a passport. If I would send the paperwork, fee and my picture in by the end of this week/beginning of next week, would that be enough time? I know there were major delays last year... anyone know how long it would take?

I'm 15 years old, freshman in higschool, currently living in Florida. I will start saving up immediately. I have 3 more years left of high school then I plan on getting a scholarship to either Parsons or FIT. I hate it here. Especially because my dad is broke, and I can't stand my mom. I tried just talking to them about it and of course, they think it' a stupid idea. I get reactions for my dad like, "Which one of you're little friends put that idea in your head?" or "Why do you even want to move there?" and from my mom, "Hahaha...you won't have enough money to move there anyways. You won't survive." They basically laugh in my face. That just gives me all the more motivation to rub it in their faces 3 years from now. I can just image it!
Anyways, I plan on moving there alone, with my cat. I will have to drive there because my car won't drive itself! It's a ford explorer( my mom's old car... =/ ) so it'll probably fit all of my mounds of clothes, my mattress( If I can take it ) my she

i just bought some snow pants today and really nice burton ski socks and long underwear the other day! :) i know to bring money, change of clothes, etc. but what else? i heard goggles are a good investment.. and some good gloves. im only skiing one day so just some snacks for the car... annnd. anything else? thanks!

They Lost my Luggage this past Sept. and I had over $1200 worth of Perscription Drugs in my Luggage as well as the First Picture of my First Grandson that can't be replaced.

My husband and I are going on a 7 day cruise to the Caribbean/Mexico next month. I am so worried I am going to forget something vital.

I was wondering if EPI PENS were permitted in carry-on bags on an airplane. I have an extreme reaction to many foods and fabrics, etc. In case of an emergency I feel I really need it, I don't want to go ten days without it. We don't check bags and are flying jet blue. Next week I'll be flying domestically. I understand the toiletry rule in carry-ons. But what about check-in? I don't want to pack a $12 bottle of shampoo and have it chucked or any of my toiletries for that matter.

I am going to Russia - St Petersburg to Moscow Dec/Jan and need to know what clothes to bring. Obviously warm clothes, but would 'normal' UK winter clothes suffice? Is it better to have numerous layers or just one good jumper and good coat?
