If you are just going for one day it sounds like you have it pretty much together. The weather will determine if you need goggles or cold weather gloves. My trick for traveling is to keep all my ski gear and clothes in my boot bag and my after ski stuff in my travel bag or bags as the case may be. You don't want to be wearing heavy gloves if you are skiing on a warm day and vice versa. If its warm a good pair of sunglasses will be just fine but snow or rain requires some good goggles. good luck!

I know you already mentioned a change of clothes but a fresh pair of socks to change into after skiing is really important.Your feet will sweat and even with ski-socks to wick away the sweat your feet will feel wet and clammy at the end of the day. You won't believe how much quicker you will warm up at the end of the day if you change into nice warm, dry socks.
