I'm canadian, and totalled my car in montana. I've got a rental now, but canadians can't drive a US car into canada. Greyhound doesn't have a good route to get back, and I can't afford to fly.

How can I get from montana to alberta in my circumstance?

I remember in Montreal lots of people have with the the Quebec flag, either in their office, as a pin in their clothes, in events, or outside their home. I even met some people abroad who say "I'm from Quebec", they don't say "I'm from Canada", even though there are places in the world where people are not aware that Quebec exists

People in the U.S. do the samme with their flag

I wanted to buy a big flag of Ontario and put it outside of my house and people think that was weird, some of them didn't even know how the flag looked like! (It similiar to the Australian Flag but red)

I'm looking at hiking in British Columbia at the end of September / early October. I would like to do a few day trips and possibly a 3 day backcountry trip in the rockies or vancouver island. I've done a fair bit of wild camping in Scotland, so have some expertise / kit. Any tips on this?

It is towards the end of the season. Are the trails / huts likely to still be open or shut for winter?
Any recomendations? Top day trails? Good 3 day backcountry trips?
Any public transportation to trail heads, or good ones starting near tourist spots?
Any networks for hooking up with a likeminded fellow for the trip?
