I have not made it all the way across Canada but people everywhere are nice. Use common sense and stop to see the sights. Niagra Falls, PEI, Banff Alberta, and Victoria are all highlights to me.

We've been right across from sea to sea.

Our special thing is to stay Saturday and Sunday night in a very small town, go to a church, usually a different one from our own and join in whatever is going on in the afternoon. It's a wonderful experience, quite different from sight-seeing and the most memorable part of our trips.

The absolute best was an evening of worship with the Salvation Army in Newfoundland, followed up by a mass visit to the local fish and chip place who were obviously expecting them, around 9:30 pm on Sunday. And there was egg tossing for Father's Day with the Mennonites.

Take that one day off - you will need the rest.

Kansas is a nightmare of golden wheat that never ceases. Stop at Salinas Ka. and drop in at granny's bar. She has a Beaufonte green w/ sparkles hairdo and mice run around on the bar to snatch up your p-nuts. Then head to grand juction Co. but don't get the double water bed if your traveling with a bud.
