I live about 45 minutes outside of Moncton but other than normal requirements for entry into Canada, birth certificate, etc, you shouldn't need anything special. If you are driving, nearest border crossing is in Calais, Maine, from there to Moncton is another 4 hour drive. If you are flying, Moncton has an international airport or for easier connections , you may want to fly into Halifax, Nova Scotia and connect to Moncton there or rent a car in Halifax and drive 2 1/2 hours to Moncton. Have fun at your convention and other than some winter clothes, you won't need anything special. Feel free to e-mail me from my profile for driving instructions from the Maine border. Have a safe and Happy new Year.

It is strongly recommended that you all have passports.

There are special requirements for unaccompanied minors, which most of you are. Travelers under 18 years old: If not traveling with both parents, bring a notarized letter from any parent or legal guardian not present giving permission to cross the border. Include addresses and phone numbers. If one parent is deceased, a copy of the death certificate will minimize questions and delay.

How do you plan to travel? If you are driving, do a mapquest search for specific directions. Otherwise, just do on line travel searches using expedia, etc. You can fly, drive, or use buses and trains.

Have fun.

your biggest obstacle will be your age. Have birth certificates/official photo ID (passport is optimal but not yet mandatory), and parental notes (notarized wouldn't hurt) just in case.

If you're driving, take I-95 all the way through Maine, and enter Canada there. Go straight for about 6 miles, and turn right onto Route 2 (the Trans-Canada Highway). It leads right to Moncton.

If you're going by bus, transfer at Bangor from Trailways to SMT. There are only a few busses from Maine into NB each day, so leave lots of time.

If you're going by train, take Amtrak north to Montreal, and then VIA Rail east right to Moncton (it's an overnight train; it runs 6 nights per week).
