Sounds like you are being scammed by someone. Don't pay anyone from the Ivory Coast anything. Did they promise you several thousand if you put in your money first? Report them to the authorities and don't trust anyone w/ your money again!!!!!

IT IS A SCAM! DO NOT FALL FOR IT! This scam has been going around for quite some time now. Report it to the authorities.
