Where is a good place to go on vacation in the summer that we wouldn't have to rent a car when we got there. Like something that isn't real spread out. Was thinking about the Carribeans or something. Any ideas or suggestions?

i would like to know if Oprah has an organization that extends help and generousity to internationally devastated country? because i would like to request and beg for oprah's help in whatever way possible to help the victims of "typhoon durian" that struck the province of Albay Philippines. i would personally would take a time off to devote my time to go to the Philippines and help if ophra would be kind enough to extend her love and generousity. I was born and raised in this particular devastated area and I know how difficult life is esp. when typhoon strikes.I am now in my fifties and i want to devote part of my time to charitable works.
