South East Asia is not a country, it is a section of the Asian continent. It is like asking question "What is the capital of North America, or South America". There is none because South East Asia comprises of about several different countries with their own sovereignty: Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Philipines, Myanmar, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Brunei, East Timor, mmhhh... there could be few others that I left out. Each country has their own capital city.
