I am thinking of buying a stationary exercise bike. I'm unsure if a magnetic flywheel or regular flywheel will suit my purpose, I want to use it for short sprinting sessions.

I have been absent from Y/A because of this problem. I have a friend who is a black belt in Aikido. He was at the bar and got attacked by a guy who thought he was flirting with his girl friend a little to much. the guy came in swinging. My friend flipped him and put him in some sort of arm pin (I don't know the names). he put pressure on it until the guy told him to stop. after that we left the bar. Later that month he got papers saying he was getting sewed. The other guy almost won the case citing a bunch of fake injuries, but my friends parents are kind of made of money, so they hired a private investagator that found a security tape of it. The bar tender, attorney and some doctor were in on it now there all being charged and sewed. My friends attorney said this happens thousands of times a year with out the good endings that we were lucky enough to have. So what if anything can we do to prevent these types of atrocities from happening. sorry if there are to many misspellings.

what is that movie i cant describe it very well i saw part of a fight seen with jackie chan it looked really cool well there was this guy who fought mainly with his feet i believe someone said he injured jackie chan in a seen. i think he liked lifted something up with his legs. i don't know i just thought it was pretty cool

...From what I saw the left rear tire had been on since about 60 laps to go.
Lap 268 - took 4 tires
Lap 318 - took 2 right tires
Lap 322 - didn't pit (stayed out)
Lap 328 - Jr's tire decides it was faster than the car

From the looks of his pit on lap 318 he took 2 right side tires. Nobody touched the left rear wheel since Lap 268. I noticed on the tape rewind that his crew on the 268 pit stop was on the right side changing his tires.

...So how did the left rear tire fall off on the last lap when it had been on the car for close to 60 laps? That shoud be somewhere around 90 miles on that wheel before it fell off.

Am I missing something?

i mean last year there were walkoff homeruns, close games, errors that changed the whole game, etc.... this year there were a lot of sweeps, blowouts, and a world series where you knew who was gonna win even before it started. just pretty boring

Did anyone else just hear Gammon totally rip A-Rod on ESPN? Basically, he called him out for drawing attention to himself during the World Series with his opt-out announcement. There's such a vast difference between what RV/Trailer camping people ask and what Backpackers and Tent Camping people ask, I think Yahoo should make two, even three categories. (I'd have backpacking a seperate category as well.) If Curling has it's own category in Winter Sports (and I can't think that more people hurl stones on ice than either RV or tent camp), then I think there should be some seperation among the various kinds of camping.

Ok I have a question....hockey is supposedly a barbarian support to some u ask, yet after EVERY game all the players from each team shake hands. Yet baseball, MUCH more tamer, they no longer shake the other teams hands....only their own? Why is that? They used to shake hands in baseball, not anymore tho.
