i mean last year there were walkoff homeruns, close games, errors that changed the whole game, etc.... this year there were a lot of sweeps, blowouts, and a world series where you knew who was gonna win even before it started. just pretty boring

Baseball is getting more boring as time goes on.
Fun to play, but boring as all he11 to watch.

They were, and I'm not just saying that because the Cubs were out in 3 games. Only one series went the distance, while 5 of the 7 series were sweeps. The Red Sox were the big winners, but general baseball fans, the TV networks, and MLB itself were the big losers. Let's hope 2008 will be better. And let's hope for a Cubs-Indians World Series next year!

Boring? True Sox fans were glued to the TV all week and now are dancing with joy! Both teams worked hard to get to the Series. And winning the pennant is never a "sure thing."
