what is that movie i cant describe it very well i saw part of a fight seen with jackie chan it looked really cool well there was this guy who fought mainly with his feet i believe someone said he injured jackie chan in a seen. i think he liked lifted something up with his legs. i don't know i just thought it was pretty cool

If your talking about when the guy catches a jacket with his foot and holds his leg straight above his head for an extended period of time, then I believe it is "Who Am I?". There are some great fast footwork fight scenes in "Gorgeous" as well.

Four Jackie Chan movies come to my mind that have villains who fought with their feet.
1. "The Young Master" - where the villain(who I believe was a Korean Hapkido Master) fought with kicks.
2. "The Drunken Master 2" - where he fought a high kicking Ken Lo in the factory furnace.
3. "The Police Story 2" - where the deaf mute henchman(Benny Lai) triple kicked him in the factory.
4. "Who Am I" - where one of the 2 henchmen he fought on the roof of the building was a high kicking Dutch guy.
