It's probably one of those things that accidentally evolved until it became their corporate culture.
X amount of born again players were hired and brought their culture with them . Other born agains felt comfortable working in that environment while members of other religious and non religious groups did not.
The 'dids" stayed and the 'did nots' went elsewhere
We know one thing for sure God's not a Rockies fan

Maybe they ought to have concentrated on pitching instead of "Christian Character".
Seriously though, what blatant predudice and discrimination! Could you imagine the uproar against them if they said they were only trying to get atheists on the team because Christians were too wussy!

Well, aLOT of good it did them tonight (if that's true) against the Sox... -They looked like a Sandlot Team of Deer- caught in Boston's Headlights! The Reds almost looked kinda disappointed that the Series didn't go another game- so they could show their Home crowd a good time! Oh well, there's always NEXT year... :)
