MMMMMMM. Most likely. The only bowls that they could meet are:
BCS games
Captial One: Big 10 #2 vs. SEC #2
Outback: Big 10 #3 vs. SEC #3/4 (high unlikely due to teams having good seasons.)

First of all, both teams would need to win out.
Then they'd have to hope the SEC slaughter fest continues and UGA somehow survives and beats LSU in the SEC championship.
Thats were it gets interesting, since this year the National Title is played in the Sugar Bowl, I would imagine it might be a distinct possibility that Michigan and UGA could play in the Rose Bowl with Michigan representing the traditional Big 10 champion.
And since Michigan would supposed have beaten OSU and UGA would beat LSU in the SEC championship, then the national title game would probably be played by B.C and Oregon or possibly OU. meaning there would be no Pac 10 contender for the Rose Bowl game, therefore UGA would probably represent SEC since they are a better looking conference this year than the Big 12 since ACC would be represented in the Sugar Bowl by means of B.C.
But like i said, it would be a VERY big if, and the BCS system is about as far away from an exact science as humanly possible, it's really hard to tell.
To simplify, if both teams win out and Michigan becomes Big 10 champs and UGA beats LSU for SEC champs, the national title would be probably represented by ACC via B.C and either Big 12 via OU or Pac-10 via Oregon.
However, if OU were to compete in the Sugar Bowl, then the Rose bowl would probably be played by the traditional Big 12 and Pac 10, so the best hope of UGA to face Michian is that Oregon and B.C face off for national title.

I really only see the Capital One bowl as being a realistic option, and even that's not that realistic. I don't think Georgia is going to be able to win out, unfortunately. But the thought crossed my mind...it'd be interesting.
Which team would you be for if it happened? I lived in Georgia for three years (graduated from Emory) and now I'm at Michigan. They are both my teams, but I'd always be for Michigan.

There are several bowl games that line up SEC vs. Big Ten teams. It is unlikely Georgia will make a BCS bowl, so the Citrus Bowl and Outback Bowl are the most probable.

outback bowl big 10 3 vs SEC 3/4. that is doable.
otherwise maybe if LSU goes to the championship game and UGA makes it (big if) to the BCS and mich knocks off ohio state(another big if). Capital One or Outback are more likely.
it'd be a pretty sweet matchup.

Michigan will beat OSU and win the Big 10, so UGA would have to get an at large BCS bid to play Michigan.

There is a chance they meet in a BCS game, but a lot of things need to happen.
