Yes, as opposed to another team losing the WS? Well I saw 2. Detroit lost last year because their pitchers could not throw from the pitchers mound to 1st base and '96 the the Braves lost to the Yankees because Mark Wholers threw a slider to Jim Leyritz (who could not catch up to the fastball), but yes the Bo Sox won this year and deservingly so.
