Was anyone thinking that they were going to win when they were up 14-0 w/ 5:06 left in the first quarter.

I thought they surely had this game, what your thoughts on this game

Yes, I thought they were back. Then Steven Jackson gets hurt again and they are dead in the water.

Is he important or what?

It's really no surprise they put up some points on a bad Cleveland defense, but the Browns are clearly a better team. After giving up a couple of touchdowns they outscored the Rams 27-6 in the final 3 and a half quarters. I'm sure it was exciting for awhile, but keep it in perspective: the Browns have given up 203 points this year, and 31 of those were to Miami. They're winning because most teams cannot stop their offense, and the Rams were no different.

14-0 with 5 minutes left in the first quarter is not nearly a lock in the NFL. Especially for a team that's as bad as this year's Rams.

The Rams defense showed up, yet again. They did squander a 14 point lead that they should not have. The Rams have a descent team on offense, but the defense killed them again. The Browns threw the ball at will after the Rams went up by 14 points. They will win a game this year, but not too many celebrations for them until next year.

i knew that game would be close. the brownies arent all that good, but they are improving. rams play good at home and are getting healthy.

it was sad to see jackson go out again. he's just a huge dissapointment and has the heart of a hampster. very sad! shaun alexander is the same type player. they made their money and quit. oh man, i'd trade jackson asap for marion barber. cowboys won't do it though. maybe j jones and let jackson back up barber.

but i did switch over to the brownies at last second so my call was correct. rams should be able to handle the atlanta birds at home and get that 2nd win and 2nd pick in draft. they don't deserve it. a lot of them have quit. bulger hasnt. too bad for him because after this year he will be a crippled up trent green.

I thought that they had a pretty good lead and just had to protect it, but didn't turn out that way. Thought they might have gotten their first win.

I felt it was a matter of time before they blew it. Never trust a bad team to hold a lead.
