He did "die like Jesus Christ" (his words, not mine) so will this be a new branch of Christianity or just another good reason to fear people raised by fundamentalist Christians?

My Korean girlfriend grew up a Buddhist. Fortunately, I was able to convert her before bringing her over to this country to be my lover.

I'm very tempted to "make her sleepy" with my skills one night, then baptize her while she sleeps in the pure joy of exhaustion.

That way, she wakes up clean, pure, rested and saved.

Maybe I'm just bringing my wife's morals into play. I don't think baptism is a big deal, but my wife is always carrying on and on and on and on about how you need it to meet Jesus in heaven.

My friend and I were discussing religion and beliefs and she said that she questions if Jesus ever existed. She also is against some of the fundamental beliefs of Catholicism, ie she believes abortion should be legal in all cases. I personally don't see how someone can call themselves a Catholic, or even a Christian for that matter if you question the keystone belief that iChristianity is based on: Jesus' existence. Please discuss.

God says to shake the dust from your feet and move on when someone does this. Why bother to answer someone when their questions are only to mock us?

Some days I'm truly in awe about how amazingly smart and witty people can be.

They open a Yahoo account, and have to come up with a nickname. They fill in "Cho Seung-Hu". After that they go to CNN.com, download a random picture, and use it as their avatar.

As if that wasn't smart and brilliant enough, then they go to Y!A and answer almost every question with "I'm gonna shoot you".

Sometimes it makes me so proud to be part of the human race, really. I wish I had that kind of intellect, wit and kindness.

Can you all join me in a huge round of applause for these fine examples of humanity?

I have a question for anyone out there.. Now please understand me, i'm not trying to be rude at all, but I honestly don't understand why people make such rude comments on here about religion, whether it be Christianity, Judaism, Islam, whatever.. I understand that some who do not have a strong religious background might feel that they are persecuted daily by these groups of people.. and honestly, myself being Christian- I understand that there are ignorant people that do that. But is it really neccessary to stoop down to their level and insult everyone??? Just a thought.. Thanks for you answers in advance!

I have heard many stories that the Indians that go to live and work in the Middle East are treated very badly, completely disrespected and Looked down upon. They are looked down upon because of their religion, their dark skin colour, the mediocre jobs that they are employed in, and the fact that they are from a country that has high poverty etc. The states include UAE, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, etc.

Is this true?

If so why, then, do so many Indians choose to go and live in Arab states???

Do you agree that the Indian government should curtail Indian migration towards Muslim states and encourage Indian migration towards different countries that are more civilised and sophisticated and ones that will not treat Indians like they are sub-human tramps???

many religion say "my god"
Muslim says, Allah is the only god
Christ says, Jesus is my god
Hindu says etc, Budha says etc...

if There is only one god, why different religion have their own gods?

why some of u think that ur god is the only one real, why do u belive that, and closing your eyes to the possibility that the other religion has no god.

but if u belive that there is only one god and all religion really are from the same God, what do u think God had in mind by creating different religions?

Someone asked a question, claiming that Mormons wearing shirts with these slogans were hanging out on the strip in Las Vegas.

I found the word choices to be really odd for a bunch of Mormons. I grew up LDS, and never once heard phrases like that, the first time I went to a different Christian church, it shocked the hell out of me.

So, what say you?
