And how do other religions deal with the time before they existed? Christians on this board seem to deny there ever was a time, which defies history.

Escpecially Chrsitians, I have read a few of your answers, attacking islam and saying that The prophet Jesus(PBUH) is the only way, we will go to hell, this and that.

Why should we believe that. what proof do you have that he is god or the son of god or he is the only way.

One more thing, if Jesus(PBUH) said love and peace, than why are you not doing what he said and preaching hate against islam, I mean isn't hypocracy.


Please keep in mind that I am not talking about all Christians because, some are nice and others are just wacked out.

Other religions believe in other Gods, and some of those religions and Gods have come to pass with no more believers. What is the Christian point of view on what happened there? Did the other Gods leave? Did they never exist? People had faith in them, too, so aren't they just as valid?

Any god or diety, not just the Christian/Jewish/Islamic God, but any of them?

I'm not atheist, I'm agnostic. I don't believe in any god, but I don't believe you can disprove it either. Simply, I have no faith, on way or the other.

Logical isn't "You should 'cause he's real" or "If you don't you're gonna burn" or even the philosophical "Look around, he's everywhere, man..." bit. Give me an answer here, why do you honestly believe there is a higher power than what we see and experience?

Now please use some common sense here. Do you know what the well being of others means? If we are not infringing on the well being, as in hurting in ANY way, of others, than why should I have to adhere to your religious dogma?

I just go this answer to my last question:
"Too many people seem to want to be able to do what is wrong and not be called on it. To that end they hide behind the misunderstood idea that we are not to "judge others lest we be judged ourselves." All the while basing this on a totally misunderstood definition of the word "Judge" as used in the Bible."

You see, I could not care less if the bible say that I can't eat shrimp, or have sex with my boyfriend. You see that is my business. Joe and I are two consenting adults, yes I said CONSENTING ADULTS!

I know the Bible tells believers not to be "unequally yoked" with unbelievers. However, my boyfriend, who is a Christian, is willing to give us a try despite me being a Buddhist because he thinks God will eventually show me the right path.

Do you think he is displeasing God by dating me? I am a good person and I am open to change my mind if God proves me wrong. Plus, we have been getting roadsignals all over.
