Non-muslims: how do you know what you believe is the truth?

Escpecially Chrsitians, I have read a few of your answers, attacking islam and saying that The prophet Jesus(PBUH) is the only way, we will go to hell, this and that.

Why should we believe that. what proof do you have that he is god or the son of god or he is the only way.

One more thing, if Jesus(PBUH) said love and peace, than why are you not doing what he said and preaching hate against islam, I mean isn't hypocracy.


Please keep in mind that I am not talking about all Christians because, some are nice and others are just wacked out.

Well the same thing could be said of the Muslims does not the Muslim faith teach them to be tolerant of other faiths but there is sects that feel that anyone other than Muslims are infidels & should be killed & should be kept from heaven.
Some people who beleive in Christ but take one thing from the from the bible & distort to their personel veiws such things happen in your faith also, in the old testment God said do not worship any other god because they are false gods.
Really most people don't understand about the Islamic faith is what is Allah & when did the Islamic faith come it existence& why is one group so extreme while others are so loving & peacful ... sound famliar many religons are this way because people tend to be closed minded & want what they believe to the only right way.

The Church of God doesn't preach hate against anyone or any religion.

I know that Jesus Christ is my Savior and yours too. I know this because of the promises in the Scriptures that have happened because I chose to have faith and try them.

I know the church I am a member of is Heavenly Fathers Church. I know this because the 'fruit' that comes from the members is greater and more sincere than any other church on earth. The church is also the same no matter where you go on earth.

It is the only church on earth with the authority to act in the name of God. I know this sounds forward, but I would be lying if I said otherwise.

You can know this for yourself through prayer and the witness of the Holy Ghost and through feeling God's love and partaking of His promised blessings.

Your false prophet from pagan Mecca could not read or write. He never worshipped God or read the Torah or the Gospels. He was the first muslim and the one who started islam. He even forced people to believe or be killed.God spoke to all the prophets directly, they could hear God clearly as well. Yours talked to an angel in a dark cave that squeezed on him. That wasnt Gabriel. You only believe in one prophet and what he says about the other prophets. His word is not from God but from satan. Jesus already confirmed the scriptures.
You can believe what you want, you wont beheaded or jailed in our countries for your beliefs in another god but I believe in Jesus and the GOD OF JACOB as the Torah and Gospels speak of. Jesus is the Savior of the world. God bless you.

I do not preach hate against anyone. We are all God's children. As to why I believe in Jesus...I guess it because I felt called by my creator to accept him and when I did, his spirit came into my heart and changed me totally. Not just my behavior but who I was as a person and how I felt about things, about myself, and about the world. That spirit lives within me every day all day and I have a constant line of communication with God. I can't prove it because I can't transfer it to your heart so you could understand. I am simply aware of its presence.

I believe you are a Muslim. If the Christians believe in something as just the same as you, that as a Muslim believe in something else. You have to realize that people say what they believe, so you do. Once, I was a Muslim, so I know, it is not true what you said. In fact, I heard a lot about the opposite. I am a non believer now. So, please respect others although you do not agree with them.

Well, I believe what I believe is the truth based on logic, as a Buddhist, but I've got respect for true Islam since I've studied it.

Both sides of your argument needle each other with unkind speech so the cycle perpetuates itself. Until egos are removed from the equation, and people practice compassion and altruism on BOTH sides, then the cycle will CONTINUE to perpetuate itself.

Remember, it takes 2 to tango... Pangelism, the logical choice.

Well i, for one do not practice hate againts islam, i am a christian, i do believe whole heartedly that through jesus is the only way to heaven. i do not think all islamist are bad or evil, i do think that there are peace loving people who practice every religion, but i do and will practice hate againts terrorists, no matter the religion.

Here is my prove where in your holy or from my point of view the unholy book does it says that your god can forgive you or your god is loving and kind. Where? Tell me where does your religion teaches you about love and peace? Only Jesus can save your from your sins. The reason is that Jesus is only and THE ONLY MESSANGER send by the only and the TRUE God. You could try rephrasing your question and replacing the name Jesus with Mohammed. Same difference. Many religious people, no matter what their beliefs, are hypocritical. As we all know, Islam is a peaceful religion - but there aren't many Christian preachers who preach murder.
