I saw this atheist ask a really STUPID question. He said that since God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit are all one (Trinity) that there was a problem with Christian logic. Here is his question:

"WHY DID GOD (JESUS CHRIST) KILL HIMESELF IN ORDER TO CHANGE HIS OWN RULES ?'

Isn't that a really dumb question? Someone give an intelligent answer to all the dumb atheists out there.

I can't wait for Jesus to come back and send all the good Christians to Heaven and all the non-Christians to burn forever in Hell.

It seems like the world has become worse and worse and there is one reason:

Not enough people are Christians. If everyone was Christian, then I think there would be peace on earth. Hitler and Stalin were atheists and the leaders in countries we don't like now aren't Christian either.

Anyways, when do you think Jesus will come back and send everyone who is not a Christian to burn in Hell where they deserve to be?

As the report goes: Lucifer was one of the most beautiful angels in all of heaven. And he became jealous of God and wanted to become as good if not better than God and was cast out of Heaven for his sin.
So who was the reporter who got this story out first? and how did he manage to get the information?

I am a Christian and I know that the only way to be saved is through Christ. Other people who do not convert will burn in Hell forever when they die.

Because of this, shouldn't we make a more concerted effort to save Hindus from burning?

What do you think?

God loves you and may he bless you.

Jesus is quoted many times in the Bible saying that a believer can ask for anything through prayer and receive it. He even goes so far as to say that mountains and trees can be thrown into the sea simply by praying for it. This is clearly a lie, and can be proven to be a lie by any believer.
And Jesus answered and said to them, "Truly I say to you, if you have faith and do not doubt, you will not only do what was done to the fig tree, but even if you say to this mountain, `Be taken up and cast into the sea,' it will happen. "And all things you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive." (Matthew 21:21-22 NAS)

"I can not see the wind... but i know its there... i can feel it... and i see the effects of it... as do u i suppose? I can not see God Almighty... but i know He is there... I can feel Him... and I see the effects of Him at work..."

i think its a belief born from ignorance. "We cant explain it so it MUST be God..."

Any views or comments?

I'm.....getting tired of sitting in this section, there's rarely an honest or insightful questions anymore.

Some might say "oh you should stay here, defend your religion", that's a good thing to do....but, I always remember what my older cousin said.

"If you're dealing with an idiot, whatever you say to him is nullified. Nothing would get through, anything you say he will try his best to debunk you whether he's making sense or not."

So basicly, there's no use. It's pointless to persists.

Ever have this particular feeling?

There are video clips showing parents teaching their children to hate jews because it was written in Quran that Jews are pigs. There's also a cartoon showing a bomb-strap body leaping from high cliff down to a moving military convoy and blow itself up along its intended target. There 's also a video clip showing how jubilant they are after 9/11 and many more.

And yet, you feel so persecuted when someone pointed out some facts to you. If non-muslims have done so terrible to you in the past can't you forgive and move on?

I don't really hate Muslims. As a matter of fact I have one Muslim family friend. But, by large, I am having difficulty what area to start looking something positive about Muslims. Our Muslim family friend is the only reason I keep myself positive about Muslims.

Something for people who don't believe in sin to think about...

If there is no such thing as sin, then why do we own keys? We lock up the stuff that is important to us for what reason?

When someone is in danger...as in their car is about to crash...they will mostl ikely shout out..."Oh God" in fear. Its natural and unconscious. God says that we are all born believing in God but our parents or society change our beliefs. So, two questions. Who or what do you call out to when your in danger and do you believe you were born with belief but it changed as you grew up and were influenced by parents, society, or life in general?

With all the division among Chrystendom, I wonder whether God planned it this way. Some have said that God made denominations to draw different people through different mediums and doctrine to himself (though I don't share that view) Any thoughts?

Has anyone ever played the rumor game? if so, do you think the story of christ would be accurate after 300+ years? would it be possible that people hyped up his story to make it irrefutable and not as boring?

Perhaps God is rather like Oscar Wilde's Dorian Grey...seemingly forever young and beautiful beyond corruption but his portrait hidden in the basement (hell) bears and shows the horrific and corrupt side of him...
The Devil and God are a double act, either one alone makes little sense without the other so I propose they are different aspects of one and the same entity.

So god said to adam "dont eat the fruit of the tree, less it would kill you".
The serpent said "no it wont, it will just make you know about stuff".
Eve ate the apple and give a bit to adam. Nobody died.
God lied and the snake told the truth.
Can anyone argue that one away?
In the beginning God told lies.
