...become a right to assault your neighbor?

I will give you the Phelps clan as an example. We have the right to free speech, freedom of religion, and freedom to assemble peacefully. Does showing up at a funeral, and screaming at the mourners that the deceased is going to hell constitute a peaceful assembly? What about the mourners? Are they enjoying a right to peaceful assembly, or is it being interfered with? What about the mourner's rights to exercise thier own freedom of religion? Would it be free speech if the Phelp's were standing accross the street with signs saying that war is wrong, but not interfering with the service? Do our lawmakers need to do a better job of defining when it is free speech, and when it is intentional assault / harrassment /stalking? At what point does the line need to be drawn?
When it interferes with other's rights to peaceful assembly, or worship? When it can be shown that the interference is intentional, and purposely designed to interfere?

It would probably be good to include in your answer whether you're an athetist/what religion you are/where from maybe. In other words, things about you influence your answer.

Thousands of people are flocking to a policeman’s house in India’s remote Andaman Islands to pray in front of two portraits of Jesus Christ, which are said to have been "bleeding" for the past two weeks, police and witnesses said.

Eric Nathaniel, a police radio operator, found red fluid trickling down a portrait of Jesus in his house two weeks ago which he believed was blood.

"We lit candles and prayed all night and a little later the blood dried but it soon started trickling down from the hands and heart of another portrait in the house," Nathaniel told Reuters in the islands’ capital Port Blair on Wednesday.

Officials said red paint used in the portraits could be melting in the extreme humidity, but islanders and priests were coming in boats from remote parts of the Andaman and Nicobar archipelago to pray.

"This is indeed a miracle and shows that Jesus was in pain because of our sins," said John Chrysostom, a priest at the Anglican Church of Port Blair.

A lot of those in the R&S who slam Islam and the Prophet try to show that they are good Christians or persons, but whenever somebody pose a sexual question, they are eager to give lewd answers and suggestions. Hypocrites.

there is nothing to loose believing in God or
"It is better to live your life as if there are no Gods, and try to make the world a better place for your being in it. If there is no God, you have lost nothing and will be remembered fondly by those you left behind. If there is a benevolent God, He will judge you on your merits and not just on whether or not you believed in Him."

Muslims have no guarantee of being saved. They believe that all their works will be accounted for and that on Judgment Day, if your bad works outweigh your good works, you are going to go to hell. But if your good works outweigh your bad works, you'll probably go to heaven. (Since God is all-powerful, they concede that He may do with you as He pleases, even if you have been very righteous. They hope He won't be having a "bad day" at Judgment.) A third possibility is that you could go to hell and burn your sins off for a while and then be allowed into heaven. The only way Muslims can be guaranteed to go to heaven is through "jihad." Although it is often translated "holy war," "jihad" literally means "exerting force for God." One could be in "jihad" by writing a book about Islam, or by sharing his faith to bring others to Islam, or by physically fighting for the cause of Islam. If a Muslim dies in "jihad," he is guaranteed to go to heaven.

doing a very simple job(non technical work) because of your boss's instruction inspite of having the high talent of technical field.
i explore the options for the karma as written in Geeta

1. continuing whatever said by boss is your duty as your boss is your guru or the God for you , duty does not mean that all the works should be fruitfull. as the job of army personnel is to make them fit wheather it is productive or not. because it is also a work which you are doing. duty does not mean that it should be decided by mind but it should be decided by heart and selfless.
ka
2. it is not the duty as you are in boundation (or bandhan ) or and you do not have capability to break it. you should explore what your mind says. boundation means you have some kind of self because of which you are not able to break it. and the real duty is selfless.self could be in the form of feeling insecurity (fear)or may be laziness
which of above is Duty or you have some other opinion please write

I have noticed that people never attack other religions, only Christians and Jews, could this be because Satan knows all the other gods are false, and those that believe in the false gods are already on their way to hell, it is only the Christians that he has to try to convince that the One True God is false? Could it be that Christians and Jews are the only ones he has to try to steal the souls from, because he already has the souls of all other unbelievers? I do understand that Jews don't believe in Jesus Christ, but I believe in the Bible and in the Bible it speaks of the Jews coming to know Christ in the Book of Revelation.
