Muslims have no guarantee of being saved. They believe that all their works will be accounted for and that on Judgment Day, if your bad works outweigh your good works, you are going to go to hell. But if your good works outweigh your bad works, you'll probably go to heaven. (Since God is all-powerful, they concede that He may do with you as He pleases, even if you have been very righteous. They hope He won't be having a "bad day" at Judgment.) A third possibility is that you could go to hell and burn your sins off for a while and then be allowed into heaven. The only way Muslims can be guaranteed to go to heaven is through "jihad." Although it is often translated "holy war," "jihad" literally means "exerting force for God." One could be in "jihad" by writing a book about Islam, or by sharing his faith to bring others to Islam, or by physically fighting for the cause of Islam. If a Muslim dies in "jihad," he is guaranteed to go to heaven.

As I Muslim I cam late to this discussion but let me say this I will answer your questionS in order

1- there is no guarantee that we will be saved. We have to WORK to get into paradise. You prefer to think that by just saying a word and don’t do anything you are saved. It is your choice.
2- We believe God, whom we call Allah in Arabic, to be all mighty that is right but we know that he is the JUSTICE himself. So there is no way you do the good deeds and you go to hell because he just feel like it. We also know that no one who believes in only one God will spend eternity in hell.
3- This statement of yours “The only way Muslims can be guaranteed to go to heaven is through "jihad."” Is absolutely not TRUE. You can do jihad to show off that you are brave or to show off any thing else and in this case you will end up in that bad place that we call hell.
4- Jihad does not have to be physical as you said this is the only part that is true in your long list. You get a better reward if you guide people to the truth than “Jihad” the way you mean it.

God bless

God is the almighty, and anyone can go to heaven, even if not a muslim! its god's business who does and who doesn't, God is Fair, do you think its fair if someone who did good all his life selflessly deserves hell?
jihad, my friend, is not only by weapons, if you were a productive member of your society, or fought your way in something you believe (like education, or even died in a strange land you re considered a martyr, or fought for family (financially, and emotionally)) you will be rewarded, by heaven.
Today a lot of Muslims have been brainwashed by exploitative people to cause chaos in the name of jihad....It's (forbidden) to force someone into becoming a Muslim, and when two Muslims fight against each other knowing that they are both Muslims, they both go hell...as for the good and bad deeds, if the good outweighs the bad The Muslim goes to heaven, but if one is too arrogant about going to heaven he wont have any guarantees..

Yes, That's right.. There's no such thing in Islam called "Salvation", which means you believe in a principle then go for sexual harresment, shop lifting, murder, and finally you are in heaven with a guy who did nothing in his life and never tasted happiness but was really good to himself and others. When The Murderer is Equal to the Murdered because both have the same beliefs, then there's is no afterlife, there's no Justice.

Imagine yourself in Heaven now with Hitler who believed by the scientests to be a good christian, what's Justice in that?

Islam provids no fake promises, Islam says: "the way to me is very tough, you'll suffer a lot, you'll be tested, your will shall be tested, are you up to it?" I'm Muslim, and I really find it difficult to wake up at dawn to pray, but I do it as this is my way to God.. I can't just sleep after a cocktail party full of wine and food, while others are homeless in the cold dark street where I live; if I did that, I'm lacking a very important pillar of Islam...

Others do that happily.. you sleep while there's a frozen baby in the same street your house is, but you're saved, you've nothing to worry about.

This is the core of Justice: "You'll get rewarded for your good deeds and punished for your bad deeds".. That's the core my friend.. and if you went to heaven to find beside you those who tortured and killed Jesus, then why would you ever pray or go to church or be kind to the others? You just believbe in Jesus and win Salvation.. The world shall become a perfect jungle.

Jihad is not a Guarantee to heaven.. Many people who died in Holy wars "defending" Their lands or lives shall be deprived from heaven, as they have done this for fame, money, or they died without settling their debts. In Islam Death without settling your debts forbids you from heaven unless the creditor forgives you.

Tell me whenever were you abused by a Muslim? only the media pours Bush's point of view into your ears..Muslims Invented the camera "Al Hassan Ibn Al Haytham" and the clock "Harun Al Rashid" and tried flying before brothers "right" "Abbas Ibn Fernas" discovered the blood circuit "Ibn Al Nafees".. want more?

Bush is christian, so he murders children everywhere in the world, torture people in detention camps, and think this is the "Holy War".. and he's "The Hand of God" and he's saved! Who's the terrorist here? The Maternal Hospital that was destroyed by Bush's missles in Baghdad on the head of mothers and babies, or the one who gave the command "Destroy" while having some very expensive wine in his air conditioned office?

"But if your good works outweigh your bad works" then DEF ull go 2 heaven NOT "probably".
where did u get da idea They hope He won't be having a "bad day" at Judgment"? God isnt human He NEVA deals unjustly wid His creation. Also, along wid an ample of gud deeds we need 2 hve faith in His mercy sinz how much eva gud deeds we do its outnumbered by the favours He has done on us. we shud neva be arrogant or boastful abt our gud deeds.
who said the "only" way 2 go 2 heaven was jihad? tht is no doubt a plus point but Allah mentions tht who eva believes in Him n the hereafter, establishes regular salaat n zakaat he is guaranteed 2 go 2 heaven.

If you sincerely want to know, read the Quran with an open heart. No, Jihad doesn't mean exerting force alone. It does mean those who fight and defend for Islam. The other meaning is to ward off as much as you can on your lust, anger, greed and other wordly matters.

Actually, I think you really did not want to seek an answer but just to mock Islam. May god lead you to the true light.

Well there are many conditions of going to heaven. well i don't really agree that If someone does so many deeds and still goes to hell. Well, God knows best and surely he will judge everyone justly as he says in the following Quranic Verse.

And whoever does good deeds whether male or female and he (or she) is a believer-- these shall enter the garden, and they shall not be dealt with a jot unjustly. —Qur'an, 4:124

as a Muslim , I really don't know what your on about. jihad means personal struggle as outlined in the Qur'an many a time. like for instance having a personal struggle to quit swearing to quit cigarettes. only God can judge and decide who will enter paradise or hell fire. we don't delude ourselves with ideas that man or some polytheistic trinity will save us. we deal more in reality, fatalism. you are wrong , Qur'an states a person who performs salat on a regular basis, is free from polytheism, and charitable will receive his reward from God. why did you fail to add that in your question, its only in Qur'an perhaps 50-100 times. you did read Qur'an didn't you?

Who pronounced they're allowed to smoke? Smoking is likewise forbidden. It only that for the time of contrast to alchoal that has a punishment, smoking would not. Doing issues that harm your physique isn't allowed yet have not got a punishment. you don't get punshied for poking your eye :P additionally, alcohol is especially forbidden for exceptionally lots the blocking off the concepts. Or in different words, only makes your inebriated. inebriated people can no longer think of, and because they'd't think of they do no longer think of of God, or in different words correct or incorrect. So no longer something they do looks incorrect to them. there became a narrative (genuine tale, forgot the names and dates) some guy who became compelled to the two rape a women persons, kill a baby slave (it incredibly is comparable to killing a loose baby at that factor) or drink alchoal. nicely logically because of the fact the two rape and killing took the punishment of dying, on a similar time as alchoal did no longer, the guy thought it became the least risky to drink alchoal. the guy have been given inebriated, raped the girls persons, and killed the baby. :P there is an extremely sick joke there, i only can no longer positioned my finger on it :P And as for women persons can no longer tutor their physique to unusual men, becuase they're in basic terms allowed to tutor themselves to their husbands. i might say it incredibly is sweet thought :P Plus, men are greater sexually effected by ability of ladies persons (a.ok.a men are pigs :P) So it make experience to no longer tutor them women persons :P "additionally, are you able to drink and be a Muslim on a similar time" sure. they're Muslims that drink, smoke, have unlawful intercourse, pay attention to song, etc... Sinfull muslims. A Sin doens't take the notice Muslim from you (you ain't getting off that hassle-free :P) as long as you do no longer do the super ones (the super sins, no turning back from there) you nevertheless have been given of project to repent and commence sparkling. desire this permits :)

I am a Christian , not Muslim but I can answer you . Your comment is false. Nobody of us could give judgment to anyone except God or Jesus Christ. You have no power to judge anybody else either to go to hell or go to heaven.

Who told muslims all that? I think no prophet can say such provocative stuff---I am sure it is misinterpreted. How can physically fighting with fellow human beings lead you to heaven. If you have no mercy in your heart and kill people just because they follow different beliefs should be a fit case for hell...........
