Why does the debate on evolution continue? We know evolution is a fact. Why do Atheiest say Christians do not believe in it? Why do Christians try to say it doesn't exist?

Everybody does realize that the 12 largest Christian denominations (at least in the US)United Methodist Church, National Baptist Convention, USA, Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, Presbyterian Church (USA), National Baptist Convention of America, African Methodist Episcopal Church, the Roman Catholic Church, the Episcopal Church, all claim almost 80% who support evolution. Catholic Doctrine offically supports evolution, Presybterian doctrine does as well. Methodists and Episcopals have no official stance on evolution but promote it. Lutherans and National Baptist Convention say you can be a Christian and support evolution.

So why continue this debate?

During this time of evil and non believers we need a leader to emerge and guide us through the coming dark ages and into the light out of the face of the ignorant. This is where i come in...allow me to further explain......As i open the eyes to all non christians for i have all the quality's needed, extreme intelligence and wisdom, i am a man of peace and do not believe in violence. I have a great look (not just attractive) but the look of a trust worthy leader especially to woman. I would also make a truly great general during the final battle and wars against the evil non believing . during the wars i would make several strategic war changing manuveurs that would make me more valuable than jesus but i would give the credit to jesus (another quality of mine is loyalty) for i have a special relationship with him (he's like a little brother). Please my children think hard and deep....will you follow me?

...or does he want to impress us all with his limited knowledge of obscure passages taken out of context? I wonder why one as secure in his belief as he claims to be, is bent on disproving Christianity, what does he care what "fantasy" I believe in? What I know (not believe) will give me and any who decide, eternal life. What you claim leads only to death... I choose life, if I'm wrong, I'm no worse off than you, but if I'm right... what a complete waste of space you have allowed yourself to be.

Comparing us to monsters who killed a little boy.

Or that we're all hateful beings who use poor arguments and need to be crushed.

Where's all this insane ignorance coming from?! we've been insulted before, yes, but not all of a sudden get these attacks in the span of 10 minutes full of rants and misconceptions to such a high degree.

Our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authoritys, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the Heavenly realms.

FOR THOSE THAT DID NOT SEE THIS:
What is this world coming too?
As God is being added to our society; people seem to get SICKER AND SICKER.
Wake up people! As we migrate to a Godful (christian) society; so goes all humanity. God not help us.

Look at the face of Godliness:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Iraq_War.
"The war started in March 2003 when a US-led coalition overthrew Iraqi leader Saddam Hussein and occupied Iraq in an attempt to establish a new governmental regime in the name of god"

MAY BUSH TAKE DUE VENGENCE ON THOSE THAT REJECT HIS RIGHTIOUSNESS.
