Nowhere is it said that it is permitted. David does request of God that he bash the heads of his enemies children on a stone. No answer is recorded from God to the request.

What are you talking about now? You guys wear me out with this! If you do not believe God exists, why do you care so much about these things? You know he does or you wouldn't be so concerned, accept it. Every single person who supposebly doesn't believe, but continue to ask questions about the Bible, God, Heaven, Hell, or the end of times, you all have something telling you there is something real here. If not, you wouldn't be concerned. I don't believe in monsters, therefore, I don't worry about them coming out of my closet at night. So why worry about the Bible if you don't believe it? Read the Bible, accept God into your heart and ask forgiveness. He loves you. You are His child!

But, hey, don't feel so bad for the babies. Should you find yourself in the eternal torments of hell-fire, having you head smahed against a stone won't seem so bad.
