God created everything in heaven and earth,so is it safe to assume he created cancer and bird flu?

When there was no life to sustain, as eternal life was lost, God rested from creating.
In the flood, the life sustaining earth was lost [ as before most lived to near 1000 years even in sin ], now age will dwindle and any thing can happen in the raging planet with exposure to the sun. Any thing can happen at any age
and thing have been worse after WW1 and WW2 and that exposure.

All are promised the resurrect and to see all made new 2Pet.2:13; Rev.21:1-5; When his rest day is over at 7130 years after Eden. He will make all new.
Rev.20:1-6,12,13; We will be there the last 1000 years eith in heaven for the new heavens, or on earth for the new earth.

No, not necessarily. In the Old Testament, God did give us plagues, floods etc., but not all bad is due to God.
If you believe in God, you must also believe in the Devil. Why shouldn't some of this bad be blamed on him.
Also, God gave people free will and we are single handedly screwing up our planet, causing all sort of diseases etc that we never saw before. We have ourselves to blame for some things.
But the book of Revelations does predict disasters which will happen at the time of the second coming. I guess you have to decide for yourself. I know God has given so many blessings too....I can't see blaming him for all the bad.

I guess he kind of created it. because after the flood, more diseases and uncleanness came into the world. there was degeneration in cells. so yes. I guess you can assume that God created it, but it was only so that he could wipe the earth from all the sinful people. so it was because of the people that he created it. so don't assume that it was all God's fault there are diseases. it was the choice of man.

God created good and man opened the door to sin. Everytime we deny God we sin and we open the evil side of things and that evil becomes our god.

But the good God will help us through those things and with his help, we will accept those diseases. But know we can be better people because of disease and sickness.

God is love and is not an evil scientist that throws things at us. We only know that God sent his Son Jesus to prove that he loves us. He gave us intellegent people that give us warnings about health, etc, but man denies it! ( like the smokers that continue to smoke MJ or cigarettes) God doesn't rain down suffering. Man chooses to not hear his words and makes it bad for everyone else. When we sin we deal a black card.

But Jesus suffered and died on the cross to redeem us. So death was dealt out to Jesus by man. Jesus conquered the pain of the cross and rose from the dead. We can also go through the crosses of our own life and accept them with the help of God because we saw that in Jesus' life. We will be resurrected in the after life too, but we have to get through this one first!

In the after life we may find out how evil got into the world in the first place, but with my limited Theology, I think it was our Choice to allow evil into the world.

In the STORY of Adam and Eve,everything was great until they wanted the evil apple of knowledge. They chose to let it in for all of us and we mirror that choice when we cheat, lie, steal, gossip and get angry. We mirror that choice when we are mean, deny God and do nothing to help others. So if we look at the world, it is a continuing mess of let evil reign! God will win and he will win through us maybe in this generation or 1000000 generations after us, but he will win. I think that anything bad is a result of sin. The state of sin rather than the violation of God's Law but a state ushered in by Adam and the fall. I believe when he partook of the fruit with Eve he ushered in the state which is adressed in the curses in Genesis six I believe six or seven. I think it would be like you creating a picture then spilling a drink on it. it ruins the picture that was not part of your creation but the result of an event that happened.
