I cant sleep, they bang on the wall since the little boys bunk beds are on the wall next to my bedroom, they smoke outside and leave butts all over the place, trash, and they have friends over all the time who just sit outside and it is almost impossible for me to go outside without them starring at me, their trash can is in front of their door and the landlord specifically told me that the trash can was to be left on the side of the house not the front. The noise is so loud and it sounds like people are running on the roof! What do I do without sounding like an asshole? Help! I need some quietness!!

I'd say, self-defense and defense of others are ok times. I think in a war/battle that would be acceptable.

i like to pick pick my nose and then roll it up in to a little ball, then i place on my wife to freak her out. i have chased friends in the past with my boogers of fear, and then there are those time i hide in the corner eating them like apples, so what do you think??

My home phone is listed in the phone book so I do receive these annoying calls. The only effective method I know of is if I have the time, I mess with them by having them repeat themselves over and over and telling them to hold on a second while I put them on speaker phone. Then I ask them pointless questions which have nothing to do with what they have been talking about. When they finally try to "end" the call, I ask to speak to thier supervisor and continue to waste his/her time as well.

Simply asking companies to stop calling never works. I wish people would stop working for companies who solicit by phone but I guess people have to work somewhere ><

She's not our next door neighbor, she lives 5 houses down the road. She walked across the backyards between my house and hers, came into my backyard, opened our gate to our fence, walked up the steps of our deck, while not even asking if it was okay. We don't even now who she is. She asked that we cut down our grape vines because the birds are eating the fruit, going to her yard and pooping, and therefore creating unwanted grape vines in her yard. As if she wasn't already a witch, she went far enough to say to cut our apple trees down because they were a sore sight and to take better care of our property. My family are no slobs. We do try to keep up, but when both parents work, one child is getting married, two work full time, and the fourth is a full time college student with part time job, it gets difficult getting all of us together to tackle HUGE projects. Not to mention the lack of money to do these home improvement jobs. Any info on how to deal with this woman is welcomed.

My neighbor, whom I am not close with at all, called and asked my mother today if he (and, I think, his family -let's hope he included his family in the invitation-otherwise this will turn creepy...) could attend my Senior Brunch as well as my graduation ceremony. I don't feel it's his place to be at either because #1. He was not invited, he is inviting himself. #2. The brunch is for seniors only. and #3. I feel my graduation ceremony should only include people such as family, or family-friends who have significantly been there throughout my high school career. My mother feels obligated to allow him to come to my graduation because he invited us to his daughters, though we didn't go for the same reason I listed above. What should I do??? I find it odd he would invite himself to something like that, especially since we hardly initiate any get-togethers with them.

The few times that I go shopping, I am always astonished by how inconsiderate the average shopper is. On average, the maximum distance of a corral to a parking spot seems to be about 75 feet. Are Americans that lazy that they can't walk the extra 2 x 75 = 150 feet in consideration of other drivers?

For Mother's Day my husband got me a gift certificate to a fancy spa for a massage. It's a 50 minute Swedish massage that costs $135. How much should I tip?

when she comes to your house she non- stop shoves food in her mouth all the while talking about how she only just eats a little here and there (yes, she is heavy set) One time she excused herself from our conversation with another friend at my house and went into the kitchen to get some water. She nosily checked out what kind of bread I use so when she got back, all she could talk about was how I was eating the wrong kind of bread because of this and that that science says is going to give you this or that but, meanwhile she is eating Nacho Cheese Doritos like they are going out of style saying, I just don't know what is wrong with me today, I just seem to be overly hungry. What do you think is wrong with this woman?

with cancer throughout her body. She is not going to live much longer. THey say she has only weeks. We have been friends for 15 years. She has a large family. Is it appropriate that I would:
Come to the wake and stay how long? Is staying the entire time of bounds?
Bring food to the wake for the "family room"?

You do not smoke, you hate smoking smell.. all of your friends are smokers, and you can't stand when they smoke in your car ... also you told them to stop smoking in your car ... but nobody cares! and they still smoking!!! so my Q is :
