when you go out to restaurants don't you see a lot of huge torpedos hanging out on low low cleavages? If they wear it to increase their tips then is okay to bluntly look?

Sometimes its unintentional, especially when they are on display. Your eyes just kinda go there. It's actually kinda uncomfortable., Trying not to look, then you do, and she sees you looking, then it's akward, do I want coffee? If I say yes will she think I'm trying to hit on her, cause I was looking?. Ya know what, Turtlenecks for all of em!! Their ruining my dinners. Its even worse when I'm with the wife!!!

that isn't any longer an argument of rudeness; that is an argument of understand. there's a time and place for each thing, yet slightly modesty is going an prolonged way in church on any given Sunday. there is often something to be mentioned for slightly secret and something left to the mind's eye.

I think it's perfectly ok to bluntly look at ANYONE (waitress or otherwise) who's wearing an indecently low-cut blouse. Why else would they wear something this revealing other than they WANT you to look. Beware though--many women like this are hypocrites. You give them the attention they want, then they have the gall to give you a dirty look. Bunch of HOs!

Is it OK to ogle a male waiter's crotch too? That would be no and no. Don't believe that the waitress is on display by her choice alone. And as for the tip theory, in some places they have to share all the tips with all the staff!

I would imagine it would be very difficult not to look. However, one must have self control not stare like a 12 year old. And come across as a pervert... God bless****

If you are there with a lady friend than I wouldn't suggest it. If not, and the girls are hangin' out-- then the waitress prolly wants them to be ogled.

It used to bother me until I figured that if they're on display they're meant to be looked at, so I do and smile. If the occasional breast-barer objects all you have to do is let her know she should cover up - which she already knows, since women do *everything* on purpose.

its not good manners to gwak or leer at a woman however if she is wearing a low cut top she should expect it, would be ok if you were at lets say a questionable establishment whereby that type of clothing is worn.

of course, since everyone likes big, huge B00BS to stare at--as in, they're made to stare at, then squeeze, then sag :( you leave a tip, and they'll be more than happy to let you stare at their guns for as long as your pocketbook will take care of it!
