I ask this in all seriousness and I mean no offence. It's quite acceptable to Australians to be referred to as "Aussies" Americans as "Yanks" British as "Brits" etc.

I don't necessarily want to send flowers, even though they're a nice gesture and he probably wouldn't take care of a plant. Would a donation to the Cancer Society be nice? Or any other suggestions?

Or do you see some one turn on their turn signal to change lanes and you speed up so that can't get in front of you by golly. Yesterday I tried to change lanes,my exit was about a mile and a half up and I wanted in the correct lane early enough. 33 cars went past before someone let me change lanes. Which way do you lean?

Like when they chew with their mouth open, or if you're sitting on the same bed or couch and they compulsively move their feet so you end up kinda bouncing from all the movement they are doing? i would like to know if more people find stuff like this annoying or if it's just me who is intolerant?

At my work every morning I get people who talk on their cell phones while I am trying to ring them up, they either completely ignore me or say just enough so that I so I know what they want and then are completely speechless afterwards. I find this to be very rude and annoying, sometimes if the situation allows I will skip over them in line because I would rather not deal with them.... I never do this people who are trying to serve me and I sincerely wish that others could show me the same respect.

I usually go to Supercuts to get my hair cut/trimmed. This costs $13.95, but I never know how much I should tip. I know that at nice salons, people tend to tip high (15-30%), but I wasn't sure if this applied to the more budget-friendly Supercuts. The haircutters usually do a good job, and I tend to always go back to the same location. So, how much should I tip? Thanks!

This sort of follows up to my last question. I get this overwhelming vibe that my boss does not like me at all, and I don't understand why. We're just about the same age (I'm 28, she's 27), so you'd think we'd be able to get along just fine. She's very rude whenever she asks me to do something; I'm a recent addition to the company, so I'm still trying to understand how everything works. I can understand that she maybe gets a little annoyed that I'm not overly familiar with the terminology and processes involved, but she could be much more pleasant about it. She totally alienates me, and I don't get it. What on Earth did I do to her?

I have a female friend, she has service or repairmen at her house from time to time and uses this as an opportuity to show herself. She will answer the door and usually is wearing her night gown, after work begins she will go to a room she knows they will end up in and uses toys to mas###bate. she says they seem to enjoy the show and she loves doing it every chance she has. I wonder if they really enjoy it or simply tolerate it. I also wonder how safe doing this is. Is this a common thing for repairmen or rare. Is she nuts or do many women do this. Thanks

When I get married I'm going to ask my cousin to be my maid of honor. However, she is divorced with a little girl and isn't exactly looking to be "settled down" again anytime soon (doesn't want Mr. Right, but rather Mr. Good-Enough-For-Right-Now). Since she is a divorcee and more than likely won't be re-married by the time my wedding comes around, would she be a "maid" or "matron" of honor?

I have this one friend in our baby group who lets her kid run wild when they come over. She plays with all the toys and makes a huge mess everytime they are here. Problem is, they never clean up the toys before they leave. She doesn't even attemp to clean or tell her kid (who is 2 1/2) that they should clean up.
Does anyone else think this is wrong? Do I tell her? And if so, then how do I tell her I don't appreciate the mess they leave behind?
Or do I just suck it up since they are moving across Canada in a few months?

This question is more for my friend than me, simply b/c I do not drink and he is a party animal.

Anyway so one night my friend and his buds were having a small BP game at his room (I do not drink, so I declined to join). One of the girls got a little too drunk and pretty much fell straight to sleep in her room. So my friend, in all the fun, decides to prank her by sticking a chocolate bar down her pants and letting it melt (a tad immature perhaps).

Anyway, so I kept saying that he could get into trouble for that (sexual harassment perhaps?). He says no, b/c it has been almost 3-4 months and she hasn't told on him (though she did say she would get him back) and that there are guys who rape passed out girls and stuff so he didn't do anything serious or life-changing to her.

So what do you guys think?
