There are 3 sides to every story. His, hers & the truth.

According to legal documents, she was already married when she entered into matrimony with James Brown - that is illegal & considered fraud in the eyes of the law.

FYI: She wasn't kicked out of the funeral.

I'm no "hooligan". You have a poor command of sentence structuring.

From the news reports it stated that they were not married.....They were married once and it stated that she was still married to some one else. James and the suppose to be Wife's marriage was annulled and they never got remarried. It is very unfortunate that she has been kicked out of the home she shared with James Brown and the will. And supposely nothing has been left to his younger 5 year old son. It pays to make sure everything is in writing and is noted legally to make sure nothing happens like what is going on now for her. No one is on this earth forever.. Although we wish that our family members would live forever...God Bless..

It was justified. Since she was still married to another man when she and James got married, the marriage was not legal. The FBI had no choice but to lock her from the estate because of the fact that his estate contains original gold records to some of his most famous songs, artwork, jewelry, vases, and those items must remain intact for his children and grandchildren that have a legal right to those possessions. If they hadn't done what they did i'm sure the original gold records for "I Feel Good" and "Living in America" would have mysteriously disappeared.

Ah, but she wasn't his wife. They were only domestic partners, so under the law, she's not entitled to anything.

I guess this is a lesson to all of us to be sure our wills are written appropriately, and that we're the beneficiaries on our partners' life insurance policies.

You're omitting several key facts from your tale. It wasn't too cruel based on the actual truth of the situation.

Since she was not legally married to him she has no rights what-so-ever to anything in HIS house. She is a fraud and a gold-digger and got what she deserved. His children are his legal heirs, not this conniving whore.
