Have you ever noticed? I know this sounds rude, but come on. Are these people really that dumb? These questions I'm referring to, are rediculous. When are we going to see real questions here?

My own colleagues tell me they're afraid to tell their supervisor that they've been unfairly treated as their annual performance report might be adversely affected and they might get a lower bonus etc.

for instance....just say...'OUCH!'..... OR "MY GOSH THAT IS ABUSE!"....OR " I FEEL THAT IS UNCALLED FOR!!!"...JUST TO SEE IF THE abuser KNOWS WHAT HE IS SAYING...or should you just shut your mouth and walk away...cuz it is none of your business....i have seen abuse in the grocery store...and i always want to say something but don't...because i feel the person would just say meanly...' it is none of your business"...which is right...it isn't, but i can't stand ABUSE ON ANYONE!!! what is fair to do???

I have a co-worker who is a HUGE sci-fi guy. He is so into it, he likes to be called "Darth" as a nickname. He often dresses in all black and breathes heavily while walking down the hall ala Darth Vader. He also only refers to the "stock market" as the "spock market." But, most intriguing, on Fridays, when we say goodbye for the weekend, he tells me to "live long and prosper" while doing the V sign with his hand. I could go on and on, but I'm sure you get the point.

He is a nice guy for sure, but isn't this workplace behavoir highly illogical and an anathema to all that Spock actually stood for?

and I try to avoid them unless I really have to go. Why do people leave it in such a bad state? do they do the same thing at home?? some of them forget to wash their hands! surely this is not something they do at home?

Go out to dinner at a restaurant with out a reservation? No so bad with groups under 6 but over 6 people should make the restaurant aware they are coming. Don't you think?

They asked if I would pet sit next sunday. It's going to be all day, starting early morning so they said I could come over saturday night for supper, sleep over, pet sit on sunday then they could drive me home.
I enjoy animals very much, so I don't care if they pay me or not. But, if they offer... should I accept or decline?

This relative is my aunt. I am currently in college, with a part time job.

An old friend's mother died a few days ago. We've only talked through email and messenger for the past 7 years. I want to write him an email but it has to be in spanish. Im not too good with words in Spanish so I cant come up with anything to write, but I dont want it to sound careless or stupid. I did this yesterday and it seemed like the people were offended. I didn't make plans to visit so I had no idea I'd be at their home or that they would be cooking. Because I didn't know I was visiting these people or that they were cooking I ate prior to being invited. I explained all of this to them, but it still didn't seem to sit well with them.
