Have you ever noticed? I know this sounds rude, but come on. Are these people really that dumb? These questions I'm referring to, are rediculous. When are we going to see real questions here?

As human beings, I think we're all naturally curious - why else would we watch/read the news, or surf the Internet everyday? When offered a forum like Yahoo Answers, some people just take it to the next level and try to give 'voice' to all the tiny things that they've always wondered but were too afraid to ask.
It's much easier to ask "stupid" questions when you don't actually have to come into physical contact with the people you're asking. As human beings, we naturally have egos too.

some people really aren´t as gifted "up there" as others. U know, maybe some people ask really dumb questions for attention or so people can answer them and gain points...like a yahoo answers dumb questions cult...speaking of dumb questions -- ur question is kinda dumb too...i mean, why can´t you figure out the answer?

I've noticed quite a bit of inane questions---particularly in the Religion and Spirituality section. But they're good for a laugh, so I don't fret over them. Besides, there are plenty of good questions to go around.

The wonderful human mind, some funny,like Donald duck, some seem totally ignorant, some intelligent etc. some scholarly, are you not amazed at the diversity of the minds?

I think they are just trying to find something to talk about to be a part of the group. Nothing wrong with that - if it annoys you you could always just ignore them. I mean that in a friendly way.
