Dude. Sit next to the boob at lunch and sneeze on the ribs, making sure that you really spray them with your infectious spittle. Apologize profusely, and tell him that you think it's strep throat. When he decides that it's too risky to eat them, grab the ribs and mutter thanks through your BBQ covered lips.
