I have an extra $2000 going into savings every month. I was going to take half of that and put it in the bank every month, and then take the other half ($1000) and use that to pay for daycare, baby stuff, etc for a new baby.

That should be plenty of money for one child, right? Do you think its enough for two kids?

He is sooo cute and I know he would do well. Everyone I come into contact with talks about how pretty he is. I just have no idea where to start, and I am not financially able to put a lot of money into it.

My children are 2 and 7, so adding another child to take care of isn't going to be cake, but the only really bad thing is the baby has bad reflux so i'm constantly going to be cleaning him and myself up.

My child cuts up (bad behavior) at school and home all the time but makes excellent grades, and they think he has ADHD. They want me to take him to a Dr. to check and see if he has ADHD. I am going to take him, but I just don’t know about the medicines. I have heard that sometimes it doesn’t take the medicine to help, but it is an option. I just want to hear from other parents out there who is experiencing these same issues with there kids that has been diagnosed with ADHD, and how are you dealing with it, what methods work, and what doesn't. Also did the medicine work or not. Do you regret giving the medicine...and also how has it affected the child...please help.

Everytime her foot touches it or anything she trembles and screams. She will sit happily on the blanket and if you hand her grass that you pull she has hours of fun playing with it! How could we cure her of this? What do you think causes it?!

my brother and sister-in-law have a 7-month old little miracle (she was VERY premature) and they are great parents.
i thought it was funny b/c they call her little names when she cries. like, "monster" or "hateful a ss" (southern thing). they aren't being serious, they're just letting off steam...like "oh, come ere monster...what's wrong..." while they coo and cuddle her.

well, they have friends that call their kids "doodles" and "terds"...like to the point where they actually thought that's what kids are called!
this is funny b/c the one little girl asked my brother, "so do you guys have a doodle?" b/c that's what she thought little girls were called!!!

i find this humorous b/c they are all good parents and it's just in fun.

so, i was wondering...do you have funny names for your kids??

thanks!

Sometimes I found myself being favorable towards one child over the other, not by intention. When I caught myself doing this I feel bad for my other child and I wanted to cry. Does anyone out there encount this before?

WHY IS IT THAT MEN THINK JUST BECAUSE THEY HELPED MAKE A BABY THAT THEY KNOW WHAT'S BEST FOR THE CHILD ! IN REAL LIFE THE MOTHER IS THE ONLY ONE RAISING THE CHILD,WHICH THE OLD SAYING IS "MOMMA
'S BABY DADDY'S MAYBE" BECAUSE THEY MAYBE THERE AND THEY MAYBE WON'T!THAT'S WHERE BABY DADDY'S COME IN BECAUSE THEY AREN'T WHAT A CHILD REALLY NEED'S WHICH IS A FATHER!!!!
