Hopefully raising someone to be a respectful, intelligent and caring person. I cried the first time my son purposely called me mama. It took him until about 12 months to start calling mama but dada came really easy. His first word was daddy, he only said it once and hasn't said it since but dada is a favorite. He was a daddy's boy for the longest time, he usually only calls for me specifically when he is upset but it feels good that I can comfort him. We have raised him happy and healthy so far, I just hope that this continues. I look forward to raising another as well.

The unconditionale love and the love you have is so strong between a parent and child. I have 2 kids...an 8 year old daughter and an almost 5 month old son. The innonence in a baby is so awesome and when my kids smile at me for no reason, it makes all the pressure of my everyday life with stress go away!

I have twin girls that were born 12 weeks preemie. They will be 10 years old next month! Everyday I am thankful that they lived, and have no health problems.

What I love the most is when they hug me and tell me they love me for no apparent reason-just because.

I had an abusive husband, and if it wasn't for them, I probably wouldn't be here today-they were my reason to live!

Being a parent is the most rewarding thing I have ever done, and probably ever will. Sometimes it is also the most trying-but its all worth it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have 3 great kids...2 sons, 22 & 18, & my daughter is 9...believe it or not, I never wanted to have children, but they came anyway...and I did my best...sure paid off in riches I would have never known...

I love everything about it. How one cute little look can change your life, how one touch can make you feel like you're sitting on top of the world. It's the greatest. The kisses they give, the hugs, the "I love yous." I wouldn't change it for the world!

I love what my 3 yr old son says to me everynight:
He gets right in my face and says " I love you too!" I swear it melts my heart.
I also love when my 7month old lil girl, notices me when I walk into the door after work, She's usually crawling around or in her walker and she see's me and her face lights up and she starts bouncing around, waiting for me to pick her up. I love that too, then my son notices me and does this kinda happy dance. It's great being a mom.
